Cancellations & Returns

Users can cancel or change an order as soon as they inform us within 24 hours from the confirmation of their initial order. You may contact us either by sending an email to info@herbal-monastery.com or call us at the +306940640888 in order to inform us about your cancellation or change of order. After 12 hours from the confirmation of your order and if it has already been shipped you cannot anymore cancel it
